Do you ship overseas?  

No, we only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?  

If your order is placed Monday-Friday before 4 pm EST, it will be shipped the same day, and you will receive immediate tracking information.

Can you ship anywhere in the US?  

Shipping eligibility depends on the item. Not all products are eligible or legal to be shipped to every state.

What payment methods do you accept?  

We accept all major credit cards.

Is the packaging discreet?  

Yes, our packaging is discreet and will typically arrive in a plain white package or brown box with a white shipping label.

Do you accept PayPal?  

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept PayPal. We aim to provide the easiest shopping experience and may consider adding PayPal as a payment option in the future.

What if my package is lost or damaged?  

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please inspect the items immediately, take photos, and send them to us via email through our contact us page. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund. In the case of a lost parcel, we will issue you a refund.

The tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?  

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but may actually arrive the next business day. We recommend waiting until the end of the next business day to see if the package arrives. You can also check with your neighbors to ensure it wasn't mistakenly delivered to them. If you still don't receive your package, please contact UPS directly for further assistance.

What if I don't like what I received?  

We understand that not every item may be the perfect fit for everyone. However, once an item has been opened and used, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know, and we'll do our best to assist you in finding an alternative item that better suits your needs.

My transaction was declined, but my card was charged. Why?  

When you make a purchase with a credit card, our merchant first checks if you have sufficient funds in your account. If you do, the funds are put in a "pending" state until your billing address is verified. If there are any issues with your billing address, the transaction may be declined. However, the funds may remain in the pending state for 1-2 business days. Rest assured, this is not a permanent charge, and we do not have access to these funds at any point.

Do I need to submit my ID to purchase?  

Yes, but only once, we require ID verification to ensure you are of legal age. However, please be assured that we do not save or reuse your photo for any purpose other than age verification.

If it’s not right, we’ll make it right. Start your return online, get a prepaid label once approved, and receive your refund within days of us getting your package back.

How do I start a return?  

To initiate a return, simply click on the Start a Return link located at the bottom of every page. Sign into your account, select the product you wish to return, and once the return is authorized, you will receive a return label via email.

How long does the return take?  

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for the processing of the return from the date of delivery.

Can I return my product?  

Unfortunately, opened items cannot be returned. However, if there is an electronic defect, we can process a refund once the return has been inspected and received.

Who pays for returns?  

We will provide you with a free return label, but you are responsible for packaging and returning the item.

How long does it take to get refunded?  

If a refund is processed, you can expect it to be credited back to your account within 3-5 business days. Please note that the exact timing may depend on your bank or financial institution.
